I am an artist and curator based in the Northwest of England. My practice explores the politics of place through a range of creative activities.

Since 2005, I have been involved in the In Certain Places public art programme in Preston, Lancashire, which I co-curate with Charles Quick. I am also currently studying a practice-based PhD at Birkbeck, University of London, exploring how the concepts of 'placemaking' and 'sense of place' can be reclaimed as part of a critical art practice.
